How do I receive phone calls from an inmate?
All inmates can make outside calls to family and friends. Family and friends
can create prepaid accounts by:
Inmates cannot receive incoming calls.
The Detention Center (Jail) does not allow three-way calling. Inmate call (local and long distance) billing has a per-minute rate (no connection fees). International calls are also billed at a per-minute rate.
